To be eligible for studying in Canada as an international student, you must meet the following criteria:

• 1. Be enrolled as a full-time student in a designated learning institution.
• 2. Hold a valid study permit for the duration of your studies.
• 3. Maintain satisfactory academic performance as determined by the institution at the start of your studies.
• 4. Be enrolled in a professional, vocational, or academic program that leads to a degree, certificate, or diploma, lasting at least six months.
• 5. Obtain a Social Insurance Number (SIN) for work purposes during your stay.
